Anyone who knows me, knows that I support local businesses. When you purchase from a local business you don’t just support that business, you support someone’s DREAM and you amplify the possibility of someone else believing THEY too can succeed in their local community. This post is a long-time coming, as I wish to shine a light on another “happy place” of mine that is outside of my home zip code. It’s a little tea room located in downtown Lincoln, CA called The Tea Nook. I stumbled upon this little hidden gem while looking for a high tea time spot in the Sacramento area. To my delight and surprise, they are one of the few and ONLY tea rooms to provide a Keto High Tea - practically unheard of!
